Since the advancement and reliability of LED Lighting with low wattage lighting fixtures, the world of change is upon us! Instead of installing traditional “pipe and wire” systems at 120 or 277 volts, we’re installing data cabling to the LED lighting fixtures and controls and treating each unit as a node. Each node, or group of nodes can have an IP Address, making them flexibly controllable to your specifications.

What does that mean for you, the Building Owner?

Your lighting system will be more energy effective and efficient. Energy effective results from Occupancy Sensing, Daylight Harvesting, Color Temperature Control and AI (artificial intelligence) advancements that will recognize the Building Owners desires.
