Q1. My PC shuts down OK with SECCOeco button but will not reactivate when I press the keyboard.
 
Answer 1: Some PC's and laptops require a momentary press of the power button instead of pressing a key on your keyboard. In this case, a short press of the power button should return your computer to the previous working environment.
 
Answer 2: Some computers running Windows XP may require you to activate your keyboard to allow it to wake your PC. To activate your keyboard take the following steps:
 
1. Click 'start' in the bottom left of your screen
2. In start, click 'Control Panel'
3. In Control Panel, click 'Switch to Classic View' (left hand column)
4. Now double click 'Keyboard'
5. In Keyboard click the 'Hardware' tab
6. In Hardware click 'Properties'
7. In Properties select the 'Power Management' tab.
8. In Power Management PICK "Allow this device to bring the computer out of standby"
 
Q2. I want to enter more information about my PC's power consumption.
 
Answer: you can access your SECCOeco button power settings by double clicking the SECCOeco button world on your desktop or by clicking 'start' (bottom left of your screen) 'programs' and then select SECCOeco button from the list.
